วานนี้ได้มีรายงานว่า App Store และ iTunes Store ไม่สามารถดาวน์โหลดเนื้อหาได้เนื่องจากสาเหตุความผิดพลาดทางเทคนิค ล่าสุดเมื่อช่วงเช้าของวันนี้พบว่าระบบได้กลับมาใช้งานได้ตามปกติแล้ว
ส่วนสาเหตุของปัญหานั้นยังไม่มีรายงานว่าเพราะเหตุใด ทั้งนี้สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะของการให้บริการได้ที่ Apple Service Status

Apple ให้ข้อมูลกับทางสำนักข่าว CNBC ว่าสาเหตุของปัญหามาจากความผิดพลาดเรื่อง DNS ภายในของ Apple เองและทาง Apple ก็ออกมาขออภัยและขอบคุณผู้ใช้งานทุกคนที่เข้าใจ
“We apologize to our customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning. The cause was an internal DNS error at Apple. We’re working to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible, and we thank everyone for their patience,” Apple said in a statement to CNBC.
